I have worked in the service industry for over 23 years.
I am in my 10th year as a Cruise Specialist in the
travel and leisure industry.
I worked for Gold Coast Cruises, Travel Services International, Airtours
Plc, and Cruises Only from 1995 until 2004.
I am currently a Cruise Specialist, Virtual Agent
for Cruise Value Center out of New York.
After graduating Magna Cum Laude from Johnson &
Wales in North Miami, Florida she spent 2 years as Sous Chef at Hue
Restaurant in Orlando, Florida. At that time, considered by Conde Naste
as one of the best 50 restaurants in the world.
I have extensive service industry experience. I am currently living in
Beech Mountain, North Carolina, where
I am the Executive Chef
and part owner of
Destiny Inn - Bar and Grille, the best restaurant
in the area.
